cvb99 Responsible Gaming
cvb99 is always here for you to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience — protect yourself, set your limits, and play with awareness.
Our Commitment
At cvb99, we believe online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of anxiety or financial stress. That is why we are committed to creating a safe, transparent, and controlled environment for every player. Responsible gaming means not just enjoying yourself, but staying aware of your own limits and having the courage to seek help when you need it.
cvb99 is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Account creation or participation in gaming by minors is completely prohibited.
Gaming should be a small part of your life — never more important than family, work, or health. cvb99 places the highest priority on its players' wellbeing and peace of mind. Below are all our protective tools and guidelines, which you can use at any time.
Protective Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This helps you play within a set budget and reduces the risk of overspending. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a safety review period.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the loss limit is reached, no further bets can be placed for that period — an effective way to protect your finances.
Session Time Limit
Set how long you want to play in one sitting before you start. When the time is up, a warning message will appear and the session will end automatically. Taking breaks and spending time with family is important.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account, but your account and balance will remain safe. cvb99 considers this step completely normal.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose a long-term self-exclusion. Options are available to close your account from 6 months up to permanently. We respect this decision and are always ready to assist.
Age Verification
cvb99 may request age verification documents at registration and in any situation where there is reasonable doubt. We follow a zero-tolerance policy to prevent underage access, and accounts remain temporarily suspended until identity is confirmed.
How to Recognize Problem Gaming
If any of the following apply to you or someone close to you, it may be time to seek help.
- A tendency to place more bets to try to recover lost money
- Hiding gaming activity from family or friends
- Using household money or borrowed funds to gamble
- Repeatedly failing in attempts to stop gaming
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not gaming
- Neglecting work, studies, or relationships
- Lying about gaming activity
Tips for Safe Play
Playing with awareness keeps gaming enjoyable at all times. A few simple habits will help keep you protected.
- Play only for entertainment — not as a way to earn money
- Set a budget in advance and stick to it
- Do not play for longer than your set time in one session
- Avoid playing when you are tired or under stress
- Never place bets under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Keep your devices and account secure from children and minors
- Accept losses when they happen — never chase losses by placing more bets
Protecting Minors
cvb99 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. There is no possibility for children or teenagers to open or use an account. Parents are encouraged to install parental control software on any devices their children use.
Software you can use to protect minors restricts access to specific sites at the device or browser level. These types of filters can be activated in your device's operating system or browser security settings.
If you suspect that a minor has created or is attempting to create an account on cvb99, please notify our support team immediately. We will take swift action.

Learn More About Responsible Gaming
Keeping gaming a form of entertainment at all times requires keeping a few things in mind.
Gaming and Investing Are Not the Same
Online gaming is entirely for entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and thinking of it that way can lead to financial harm. Always be mentally prepared for the possibility of losing.
Keep Your Emotions in Check
Avoid playing when you are angry, frustrated, or under mental stress. In these states your decision-making ability is reduced and you are more likely to take on greater risk.
Review Your Gaming History
Your full gaming history, deposit records, and withdrawal records are saved in your cvb99 account. Reviewing them regularly will give you a clear picture of your playing patterns.
Let Someone Close to You Know
Let family or trusted friends know that you play online games. Their support and feedback will help you stay within your limits.
Play Safe, Play Happy
Come to cvb99 and enjoy our wide game collection — completely safely and responsibly.
