cvb99 ("we", "platform") provides online gaming and betting services in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between cvb99 and the user ("you", "member").

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

The same person or family may not create multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are operated using the same IP address, device or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cvb99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transaction Limits

In the interest of fraud prevention and security, cvb99 may temporarily hold any transaction or request additional verification. We reserve the right to investigate accounts in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on cvb99 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, placing fictitious bets or engaging in any kind of fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and the account may be closed.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they can only be used to play games.
• cvb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Technical Errors

Incorrect results caused by any software or network fault will be considered void. In such situations, the decision of cvb99 will be considered final.
